If your colours have changed the way you get dressed, I would love to hear about it. A few honest sentences are worth more than any advertisement.

There is no right way to write this. Say what you would say to a friend: what you were unsure about beforehand, what surprised you, and what you have done differently since.

Nothing you write is published without your permission, and you choose below how you would like to be named, if at all.

Photographs are covered separately on the consent form. Leaving the box above unticked is completely fine. I will simply read your words and keep them to myself.

If you give permission today and change your mind next month, write to [email protected] and I will take your words down from anything I control, normally within thirty days.

I will never edit your words in a way that changes their meaning. If I shorten a longer piece for space, I will only ever cut, never add.
